We currently ship within the United Kingdom.
We hope to offer international shipping soon — stay tuned by joining our email list or following us on social media!

📦 Processing Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days after your order is placed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details (if applicable).

While we do our best to meet delivery times, please understand that postal delays can occasionally happen, especially during holidays or busy periods.

If your order hasn’t arrived after 7 working days, please email us at rudisnaturals@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll look into it right away.

❗Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We cannot refund or replace items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
